Bananas

Amongst various other attributes, high potassium levels make bananas valuable in the fight against high blood pressure and diabetes.

Mild, aromatic and classically sweet, apples are a major fruit staple worldwide – and for good reason! All the various citrus varieties are rich in multiple nutrients such as vitamin C, flavonoids, and fibre.
